All sales are final. Goods will only be considered for return if faulty.

For all products except Hoffrichter and Magnus Organs, full payment is required with order.

For Hoffrichter and Magnus products we ask for 50% with order and the remaining 50% balance shortly before delivery.

Prices for UK customers include EU Import Duty (for non-EU products), shipping, delivery and UK VAT @ 20%.

Payment may be made by:

> PayPal through our online shop;

> Cheque payable to "DCS Henn-Macrae, Business Account";

> BACS transfer to Sort Code 09-01-50, Account Number 01222600.
